Here are some of the frequently asked questions

Q: How easy is it to change from existing software supplier to Hedgehog?

A: We have converted existing data from many industry systems and imported it straight into Hedgehog, saving your teams many hours of time and protecting the value and integrity of this vital business asset.  We also take other information about your venues, such as timetables, courses and member management processes and import them for you.

Q: Can you set up an access control system with my existing supplier?

A: To-date, we have managed to integrate with all our clients’ existing access control systems.  We will always check this with you, before we start any work.

Q: How up-to-date is your data tracking system?

A: Data is available real-time from Hedgehog, at a venue and Head Office level, consisting of visits, sign-ups and targets.  We also provide a nightly update of financial information, for use with our extensive out-of-the-box graphical reports.

Q: How do I get support?

A: We have very experienced helpdesk team.  This allows you to raise tickets and get an answer within a determined timescale.  Telephone support from our London-based office is also available, Monday – Friday from 8am to 5.30pm (excluding UK public holidays).  There is an out-of-hours service for urgent issues.

Q: Do you operate to agreed service standards?

A: We agree a service level agreement with all our clients and report on performance standards regularly.

Q: How do you work with the client’s senior team?

A: Unlike some suppliers, we have a personal interest in our clients’ business and we want to be your trusted partner, not just a provider.  We meet regularly with clients to develop solutions to help meet your ever-changing needs and demands from members.

Q: Do you have a mobile app for use for our members?

A: We provide a full integration with NetPulse, who provide an excellent mobile app for all your members’ needs, including the delivery of Les Mills on Demand content.  We can arrange for this to be deployed with your Hedgehog installation, should you require this.

Q: I already have a website.  How does Hedgehog work with this for the good of our members?

A: We can work with your existing website to fit around your needs.  Online joining and our online members area can be skinned to the exact same look and feel as your website and it will have a direct link to Hedgehog.  No more double keying or separate lists of data.

Q: This all sounds great.  What’s the catch?
A: There is no catch.  For an initial set-up fee and then a reasonable, monthly payment, Hedgehog provide a fully integrated, venue management solution that is fully scalable for clients with a few local sites, right up to those with multi-national reach.
